Chuck, who was also known as Charlie, was born at home in Delair and worked at Texaco in Westville as an Instrument Mechanic until the refinery closed and then went on to work at Campbell Soup in Camden until his retirement.  He met his wife, Janet, in the eighth grade. VanSciver Company in Camden after many years of dedicated work in Administration there. Daughter of the late Raymond and Gladys Hampton, she is survived by her two loving cousins, Dale Hampton and his wife Sheila, Charles Hampton and his wife Gail.
