William R. Toms

William R. Toms, of Turnersville passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at Kennedy Hospital in Washington Twp. He was 68. A lifelong Phillies fan, Bill was a civil engineer and land surveyor for many years for Long Engineering in Williamstown. He was also a longtime member of Grace Episcopal Church in Merchantville.

Son of the late William III & Mary Toms; brother of the late James Toms, he is survived by his loving brother, Barry Toms (Kathryn Rumford); a cherished niece & nephew, Courtney Toms, Kevin Toms (Jody); a special cousin, Margie Stein; numerous other cousins and extended family, and friends.

Requiem Eucharist will be celebrated 11 am, Friday at Grace Episcopal Church, 7 East Maple Ave., Merchantville, NJ 08109. Interment in Locustwood Cemetery will be private.
