Clara S. Smith

Clara S. Smith, of Pennsauken passed away Friday, August 10th. She was 86. A lifelong Pennsauken resident, Clara was a 1949 graduate of Merchantville High School and a dedicated and longtime member of the Pennsauken United Methodist Church.

Wife of the late Ernest Smith Sr.; she is survived by her loving son, Ernest Smith Jr. (Cheryl); a cherished granddaughter, Michele Smith; a beloved brother, Carl Scholtz (Joanne); and a devoted nephew, Thomas Walker (Eleanor).

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Thursday, August 23rd from 7 to 8 pm at the Gaskill-Brown Funeral Home, 33 West Maple Avenue, Merchantville. A celebration of her life will follow at 8pm.
