David L. Hegelein

David L. Hegelein of Moorestown passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022. He was 79. David had a passion for the outdoors. He was a longtime member of the Outdoor Club of South Jersey and the Moorestown Garden Club. He also enjoyed hiking, swimming, skiing, and camping.

Husband of the late Julie Hegelein; brother of the late James Hegelein, he is survived by his two children, Lisa Lang (Erik), Richard Hegelein; a step-daughter, Bridget McGuinn (David); two grandchildren, Ethan and Zack Lang; and four step-grandchildren, Jacob, Ava, Isaac, and Jonas Szepessy.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family Saturday, November 26th from 10 am to 12 pm at the Gaskill-Brown Funeral Home, 33 West Maple Avenue, Merchantville.
