Dolores Thelma Foulke (nee Gosa), age 89 of Merchantville passed peacefully at home on Monday, May 11, 2020 of natural causes surrounded by her family. Born September 8, 1932 in Camden, to Thelma Gosa (Holmes) and Thomas Gosa, she was a graduate of Camden Catholic High School and worked at Camden Bank & Trust, and the Cherry Hill Library where she retired after over 30 years.
Sister of the late Marilyn Guay (Gosa), Nancy Kissel (Gosa), she is survived by her beloved spouse, Lewis H. Foulke Sr.; three children, Lewis H. Foulke Jr. (Sharon), Thomas W. Foulke, Kerry Foulke Smith (Marty); five grandchildren, Tyler Foulke, Hunter Foulke, Thomas Smith, Patrick Smith, Marley Smith; a sister, Mary Alice Casey (nee Gosa); and her many nieces and nephews.
Dolores was the happiest when spending time with her friends, her sorority, and her family. They say that “There is only one happiness in this life, to love and be loved.” This is how Dolores will be remembered by her family and cherished friends.
Her funeral services will be held privately for her immediate family. Memorial donations may be made in her honor to Breast Cancer Research.
