Elisa Alejandro Jacobs, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026, at the age of 92. Born on March 30, 1933, Elisa's life was a testament to her unwavering passion for her family, her career, and the countless lives she touched with her generous spirit. Her early years were filled with the joy of family and the discovery of her life's calling in the field of nursing. Elisa's dedication to her profession was evident in her many years of service as a nurse, where she not only exhibited a strong work ethic but also a profound ability to heal and comfort those in her care.

Wife of the late Jack Jacobs, Elisa's heart was large enough to encompass her children, Luis O. Rivera (Lisa), Francis Rivera (Adrienne), Artemio Rivera, and Lillian Rivera (Noel), who will forever remember her as a guiding light and a source of unwavering support.

Elisa's role as a grandmother was one she cherished deeply. Her grandchildren, Artemio IV, Teagan, Vincent, Harrison, Luis Gabriel, Maritere, Andrew, Amanda, Francis Antonio, Santino, Benny, and Vincenzo were the recipients of her boundless love and wisdom. The joy of her life expanded with the arrival of three great-grandchildren, who brought pride into her life. She is also fondly remembered by her last surviving sister, Nellie.

The children from her first marriage helped shape the wonderful family she so adored. Elisa's love extended beyond the confines of her immediate family, touching the lives of her nieces, nephews, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Elisa's interests were simple yet profound. She found her greatest pleasure going to the Casinos and spending time with her family, creating memories that would outlast her physical presence. Her loving, kind, and passionate nature was evident in every interaction and every life decision she made.

Funerals service and interment will be private as per her wishes.
