Myrna Roberts, of Mount Laurel, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2024, at the age of 79. Born on March 7, 1945, Myrna's life was a testament to the power of kindness, dedication, and the enduring strength of family bonds.
Myrna's professional life was marked by her commitment to helping others as a Speech and Language Pathologist with the Moorestown Board of Education. Her thoughtful guidance and unwavering support touched the lives of countless individuals, leaving a legacy of improved communication and understanding that will be felt for generations.
A devoted wife, Myrna was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Roberts. Together, they built a family foundation that would stand the test of time. She is survived by her loving daughters, Moira Roberts and Heather Roberts; her cherished grandchildren, Declan Roberts, Conall Roberts (Flynn Krankowski), and Gianna Monaco; her dear sisters, Cynthia Morin and the late Sally Orme; her caring sister-in-law, Nancy Roberts; her cousin, Geraldine Diehm; and several adoring nieces and nephews. Each family member was a precious thread in the beautiful tapestry of her life.
Myrna's interests were as varied as they were heartfelt. Her garden was a vibrant canvas of colors and scents, reflecting the beauty and care she poured into every aspect of her life. Trips to the shore were cherished moments, as the sand and surf provided a backdrop for family memories and the simple joy of being together. A woman who was faith based, Myrna attended church regularly, her spirit nourished by the community and solace she found there.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Friday, May 17th from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at the First United Methodist Church Moorestown, 446 East Camden Avenue, Moorestown. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am.
