Patricia A. Morgan, longtime Pennsauken resident, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2024, at the age of 89 with her family at her side. Born on July 13, 1934, to the late Joseph and Anna Bercik, Patricia's life was a testament to the power of selfless devotion to family and community.
Patricia was predeceased by her beloved husband of 67 years, Philip S. Morgan Sr., her cherished son Kenneth Morgan, and her siblings Dolores Nocket and Joseph Bercik Jr. Her legacy continues through her loving children, Denise Wallace, Karen Morgan, Beth Zimmerman and her husband Scott, and Philip Morgan, Jr. and his wife Gail. Patricia was a proud grandmother to Steven Wallace (Carolyn), James Wallace (Shannon), Jennifer Bremer (Michael), Ben Zimmerman, Jessica Rutkowsky, Christian Morgan, Madison Morgan, and Sydney Zimmerman. Her great-grandchildren, Jayne, Evan, Audrey, Alex, and Nathaniel, brought her immeasurable joy. She is also survived by her dear sister, Virginia (Ginny) Wytovich and numerous nieces and nephews.
For over 25 years, Patricia dedicated her career to nurturing young minds as a Teacher's Aide for the Pennsauken School District at Baldwin Pre-School. Her gentle guidance and unwavering support left an indelible mark on countless lives. Outside of her professional achievements, Patricia's heart was truly at home. She reveled in supporting her family at sporting events, holidays, and functions, always offering encouragement and a warm embrace.
Relatives and friends may visit with the family at Mary, Queen of All Saints Parish–St. Cecilia’s RC Church, 4801 Camden Avenue, Pennsauken on Tuesday April 16th, 2024, from 10 am until time of service. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am. Internment at later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and/or Samaritan Hospice.
