Sergio loved people and people loved Sergio. You could always count on Sergio for a long conversation and a smile. Talented, smart, and hard-working he was a gifted soul that could have done anything in life. Sergio was in the Army and the National Guard and later worked in construction. He was a life-long contractor. He was often referred to as the “Monkey Man on Scaffolds” because he was willing to do whatever was necessary to complete a job.
Sergio stayed strong right until the very end. You can look at the mark he had on everyone’s life. Sergio smiled through the struggles in his life; he never let anything keep him down. He was light-hearted and playful and loved having a good time. There was never a song that he couldn’t sing to. Sergio also loved making others laugh. He was a genuine soul and hard worker. He will be sadly missed and remembered by all those that loved him.
He is survived by his two loving children, Shalita M. Nonnenberg- Suarez (Gabrielle) and Sherry M. Suarez.
