Richard you have been my dearest friend since we were teenagers so I know you will understand that I prayed for you to be released from the body that betrayed and imprisoned you. I know you and Ed will be there to greet me when my time to cross over comes.

My condolences to Rich's family.
I had the good fortune to work with with Rich for several years. He was a good man, honest, hard working and set a great example for those under his command. I was saddened to hear of his passing and will always remember the good times we had in the DB.
